Bali Padel Circus is an independent event brand organizing curated sport and lifestyle experiences.

By registering for the event, you agree to these Terms.

2. Ticket purchase

Ticket payments are processed externally through Xendit via Bali Social Club (BSC).

Bali Padel Circus does not directly handle payment transactions.

All payment disputes must be addressed according to the payment provider’s policies.

3. Event participation

By attending the event, you acknowledge:

• Participation is voluntary.

• You are responsible for your own physical condition.

• Bali Padel Circus is not liable for injuries, loss, or personal damage occurring during the event.

4. Schedule changes

We reserve the right to:

• Modify the schedule

• Adjust event format

• Change venue if required

In case of force majeure (weather, venue restrictions, etc.), we may reschedule.

5. Refund policy

Unless otherwise stated:

• Tickets are non-refundable.

• Transfers may be allowed upon written request before the event date.

Refund conditions may vary depending on the payment provider’s policy.

6. Media consent

By attending, you agree that photos and videos taken during the event may be used for promotional purposes.

If you do not wish to appear in media, you must notify us in advance.

7. Communication

If you opt into the Inner Circle or marketing communications, you consent to receiving event updates.

You may unsubscribe at any time.

8. Governing principles

These Terms are governed by applicable laws relevant to the operational jurisdiction of Bali Padel Circus.
